Terms of Use

Scope

These terms describe use of LeadStak, a business platform operated by Lima Web Studios. LeadStak helps authorized businesses organize inquiries, customer records and related activity. Any separate agreement with Lima Web Studios may contain additional commercial or service terms.

Authorized use

Use LeadStak only for a business you are authorized to represent and for lawful purposes. Keep account credentials secure. Do not attempt to access another business's information, bypass access controls, misuse credentials or interfere with the service.

Only submit or process information that you are entitled to use. Do not use LeadStak for unsolicited communications or in a way that violates applicable law, required consent or connected-platform rules.

Responsibility for inquiries and communications

The business handling an inquiry is responsible for its service information, estimates, communications and customer relationships. Using LeadStak does not transfer those responsibilities to Lima Web Studios.

A request for information or an estimate does not, by itself, establish consent to unrelated promotional messages. The business must determine and obtain any permissions required for its intended communications.

Connected services

Features that rely on Meta or other providers depend on the permissions, availability and requirements of those providers. A connection to LeadStak does not override a provider's terms or guarantee that a form, advertisement or integration will be approved or remain available.

Information handling

Use of the platform is subject to the Privacy Notice. Questions and data requests can be sent to Email@limawebstudios.com. Requests for deletion follow the Data Deletion Instructions.
